Trying to Connect

I've been thinking for some time about creating my own blog. It seems all my older siblings, as well as a good handful of friends (both girls AND boys), have newsie blogs updating people about their lives. My grandparents even follow my sibling's blogs. Plus a blog, when broken down, is more like a public journal of events for others to see, including real emotions, thoughts, and happenings. Hence, the name I chose for my blog. Mindless -> because at times I'm not able to think clearly (curse teenagerdom), and Ponderings -> because I do, although it might be a surprise to some, have deep thoughts that I choose not to voice. And so this blog is born, to accommodate those personal thoughts and feelings.
